TCG has the role for you! A client of The Creative Group is seeking a Product Marketing Associate to assist them in their current campaigns. This assignment is a long term, on-going assignment with no end date.

This opportunity is in the Medical field and the applicant should have interest in Medical Devices. The Product Marketing Assistant will be responsible for the following: ? Able to coordinate and juggle own projects ? Research and interaction with key opinions leaders nations: doctors, customer advocacy group ? Analytics in excel of previous campaign success ? PowerPoint - all templated ? Interpersonal skills ? Campaign tracking (salesforce and excel) ? Working with multiple departments to push work through - medical writing, legal, regulatory ? VIEW JOBS 12/12/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-12T00:00 Summary Lead the development and execution of FDAMA 114 marketing materials to proactively communicate Healthcare Economic Information (HCEI) to payers and other formulary decision-makers in order to demonstrate the value of Orencia and Oncology/Hematology products Support HCEI evidence strategy development for Orencia and Oncology/Hematology products to create enduring value proposition to meet customer needs and differentiate against competitors. Partner with cross-functional matrix, including payer marketing and HEOR to ensure HCEI alignment with brand/access strategies for both near-term execution, and longer-term HCEI planning and data generation. Collaborate with cross-functional team members for strategy development and tactical execution, including: HEOR, Payer Marketing, Segment Marketing, Medical, Pricing, Field Access, Learning & Development, and PReP advisors (e.g., Legal, Medical, Regulatory review). Key Responsibilities Develops customer facing tools with an emphasis on proactive FDAMA 114 presentations to enable stakeholders to comprehend economic consequences and value of potential treatments. Leads cross-functional Value Evidence Development team (VeDT) to prioritize and align on evidence generation strategy, priorities, and to inform potential studies and FDAMA 114 tools Gains cross-functional input and feedback on value marketing strategic priorities and on FDAMA 114 materials Manages PReP (e.g., legal, medical, and regulatory) review and approval process for proactive marketing materials. Develops and executes training and rollout material in coordination with VAP Matrix team Understands evolving external environment, including customer, competitor, and regulatory aspects, and incorporates understanding into strategy development and tool execution Works closely with the Segment marketing team to identify needs of specific stakeholders relevant to the brand/brands and drive HCEI communication efforts. Basic Qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent Track record of highly ethical and compliant behavior 4-7 years of relevant experience, which may include experience in market access, marketing, and HEOR Preferred Qualifications Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively and efficiently drive performance within a matrix organization, and form strong, productive partnerships Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams to accomplish specified goals, and make an impact Proven initiative and ability to work independently Demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive execution of key initiatives and meet all deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills and ability to think and plan strategically Strong business acumen including a understanding of how various customers perceive value Experience in translating insights and strategies into effective marketing tactics Experience and knowledge of promotional regulatory processes Understanding and interest in market access and appreciation for evolving landscape Exceptional aptitude for learning quickly and ability to communicate technical concepts to range of stakeholders MBA degree or advanced technical degree or clinical degree preferred (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD, MSc) Bristol Myers Squibb Princeton NJ
