Product Marketing Associate
The role will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies for core product offerings, product-level messaging and impactful product marketing content and sales enablement collateral. The Product Marketing Associate is a cross-functional team member who will lead strategic product marketing campaigns that includes events, new product launches, webinars and other key product marketing activities. This colleague will play an integral part in partnering with the Sales and Product Management teams to build impactful content that will drive the success of each product campaign.
Create, optimize, and scale product marketing campaigns that will highlight new product launches, feature updates and points of differentiation vs. competition.
Collaborate with sales and product management teams to identify, prioritize and create new product marketing content that will support lead-generation efforts including webinars, email campaigns, collateral and other marketing activities.
Lead product-level messaging and marketing messaging efforts, specifically supporting key events and tradeshows.
Analyze market information and identify competitive gaps and opportunities in conjunction with internal competitive intelligence and win/loss analyst as well as external analysts.
Create strategies for engaging customers to optimize onboarding, drive product adoption, and increase retention
Manage the CentralSquare Grants Program including communicating and reporting on new grants available to our customers, analysis of program success, designing grants related campaigns and managing relationship with external grants consultant.
Measure the results of product marketing campaigns including all tactics and content to inform future strategy and campaigns
Identifying key customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, speaking opportunities, etc.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
3-5 years of relevant experience in a product marketing role
Proven ability and passion to transform technical content into engaging, customer-facing content
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams and departments to meet or exceed goals
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent time management skills
Knowledge of Sirius Decisions and Pragmatic marketing structures a plus
Understanding of SaaS, cloud strategy and moving customers into more modern solutions based on their needs, a plus
