Your Role Youll work collaboratively with product management, sales, engineering and other marketing teams. Your goal -- to drive revenue and margin by contributing to product enhancement, increasing customer satisfaction and developing strategic internal and external relationships will be done through the execution of these product marketing responsibilities: Develop and refine Go-to-Market strategies Write and manage compelling collateral, including toolkits, website and blog copy, case studies, FAQs, product sheets, webinars, video and more Conduct contextual competitive research and analysis Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, including customers, industry analysts, creative agencies and vendors Direct New Product Introduction (NPI) activity Create strategies, tactics and collateral within the analyst community Fill gaps in internal product knowledge with ongoing sales enablement activity Cultivate a social media presence which includes an active online community Scope and define buyer personas Support FICO sponsored and industry events Collaborate with pre-sales, sales, product management and others to create sales tools and content which focus on clearing buying obstacles Qualifications Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, communications or related field 2-4 years of software marketing experience Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as written writing samples will be required as part of the interview process The ability to convey complex ideas simply, clearly, in presentation and spoken formats Strong attention to detail Demonstratable initiative and self-motivation Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, often with tight deadlines A true belief in the greater socialization of ideas leads to greater success Summary Our success is founded on talented people just like you who enjoy:
