Marketing Analyst III Product Management Focused

  • Gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data

  • Conduct competitive research, including comparison of product pricing, features, positioning and UI/UX design

  • Analyze competitive data, internal and external surveys and customer interviews to identify market trends, understand the buyers' decision process and how it resonates with our targeted buyers, and determine product pricing

  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs to position products in a manner that supports feedback from existing and prospective customers

  • Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts; create training materials and training programs for the outside sales team; and deploy integrated campaigns across multiple marketing channels

  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support the products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes

  • Develop client-facing sales tools that facilitate the selling process

  • Plan and take part in the launch of product updates involving several different departments and establish timescales for development of new features with product management and IT

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required / Master's Degree a plus

  • 5+ years' experience in Product Marketing

  • 2+ years' in market-facing role (developing client-facing materials and campaigns)

  • Experience in performing market analysis & use of Google Analytics & Web Trends

  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast paced, deadline-oriented work environment to prioritize, plan and execute many complex tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to collaborate and effectively work as a cross-functional team leader and demonstrate excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills

  • Large scale event management a plus
