We're looking for a talented, high-energy, data driven and mission-aligned product manager with an engineering or sales background, in-depth understanding of health technology market and a proven track record of launching new product lines in US and globally.

What your impact will be:

  • Conduct customer research, product discovery and synthesize market factors into a cohesive product strategy

  • Own the product backlog and roadmap

  • Write product initiatives including supporting financials

  • Write epics and stories to support completion of initiatives

  • Collaborates with customers to understand challenges

  • Prioritize development activities to continuously deliver value to customers

  • Work collaboratively with sales, professional services and exec team to build roadmaps and plan releases

  • Evangelize for the product through in-person and virtual presentations and engagements

  • Support sales process with product expertise

  • Support product assurance and user acceptance

  • Achieve successful customer adoption, value realization, satisfaction and overall solution health

  • Engage with customers/clients/press and contribute to customer success and account growth by encouraging increasing levels of product utilization among prospective and existing customers

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated success in launching successful new products or leading major, business-impacting improvements to existing products

  • 5+ years experience in Product Management in Health

  • 5+ years of experience designing, building and launching digital health and health IT products

  • Solid experience with agile software development practices

  • 5+ years of experience delivering SaaS and on premises products in an enterprise B2B environment

  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and make product decisions based on data and statistics

  • Ability to simplify complex challenges and technologies into simpler outcomes and stories to drive shared understandings

  • Able to confidently demonstrate products, and influence senior management, and other internal or external stakeholders

  • Experience communicating product vision and decisions across geographically distributed teams

  • Process-oriented decision-maker who relies on data

  • Ability to balance conflicting priorities and work independently

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Job Description: RN, Care Manager Oncology Clinic at Home Mon - Fri; 1st/Days Oncology Clinic at Home is an innovative program that utilizes an integrated approach to safely provide chemotherapy in the home with the use of digital therapeutics and coordination of care with the care team. Based in the clinic, this role will serve as the clinical point of contact for Oncology Clinic at Home working directly with the care team. Responsibilities include * Coordinating patients from initial consultation and onboarding through treatment at home and follow up * Collaborating with the patient, the clinical care team and caregivers for coordination of care * Communicating with providers and ensure patient treatment requirements are met * Assisting patients in navigating any barriers to their care * Responding to patient reported concerns and support with symptom management using clinically relevant, evidence-based plan for escalating concerns and symptoms to care team and providers * Assisting patients with intake applications and forms * Facilitating patient onboarding and education * Creating and maintaining patient files and ensure appropriate documentation in patient charts * Communication with external organizations on patient's behalf and serve as liaison * Providing clinical assessment services and referral sources, as needed. Required Education/Experience * Current Georgia RN license * BSN required or enrolled within 6 months of hire and BSN completed within three years from hire date * BSN in Nursing or Case Management certification preferred * 3 years clinical oncology experience preferred * 1 year experience in Case Management and/or similar role * Home health nursing experience, a plus * Project Management experience, a plus * OCN certification preferred * BLS certification required #AF-HJ We win together Each CTCA employee is a Stakeholder, driven to make a true difference and help win the fight against cancer.
