Role Description:

Fanatics needs you! We are looking for a talented Product Manager who wants to help us do a great job fulfilling orders and getting products to our fans quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate has great general product management skills, experience managing complex projects with external technology vendors, background with supply chain/fulfillment center operations at scale and modern warehouse management technologies. Experience with Manhattan Associates WMS solutions is a plus.


  • Support the development and launch of technologies to support our supply chain and customer fulfillment technologies

  • Drive the definition of product requirements, on-going prioritization, and trade-off discussions

  • Program manage external vendors and internal cross-functional teams on large, complex technology implementation projects

  • Scope, schedule, manage, track, and report on large cross-functional projects

  • Build project charters and schedules based on the capacities of the supply chain tech team, dependencies on other tech team bodies of work and deliverables, dependencies on vendor work and deliverables, Ops requirements and schedules, and business initiatives and priorities

  • Manage work and meet timelines while meeting production support needs across multiple FCs

  • Execute risk management

  • Schedule work and run the daily task management for supply chain tech deliverables

  • Communicate program, small initiative, or issue resolution status updates across broad audiences

  • Develop and analyze ROI and success metrics

  • Build strong working relationships with business partners and the supply chain tech team

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • 3-4 years of experience in a Project Management, Program Management, or Technical Leadership role

  • Technical understanding with the ability to develop strong and effective relationships with technology development and support teams

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies including experience working in an Agile environment (preferably as a product owner) delivering a strategy via incremental releases

  • Capable of balancing between running the daily task management of a scrum team and running large initiatives to help drive success on short term and longer-term deliverables

  • Track record in defining and delivering products that solve complex problems

  • Strong organizational and communication skills including the ability to effectively report on measurable business improvements achieved

  • Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated ability to use data analysis and testing to improve customer experiences through technical deliverables

  • Demonstrated ability in managing resource allocation and the expectations of the stakeholders to help set realistic schedules for delivery including a willingness to go to battle on those timelines

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Experience in e-commerce or supply chain

  • Requires occasional presence in our different warehouses in and outside of Jacksonville

  • Requires occasional travel to our other offices in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science

  • 2-3 years designing and delivering best-in-class software products in a Product Management role

  • Experience with supply chain technologies, especially Manhattan Associates

  • Scrum certification and familiarity with Kanban methodologies

  • Sense of humor, patience, and willingness to laugh in the face of danger
