Product Manager (Vsaas)

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and an innovative mindset for filling them. This person should be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release. We're looking for a confident leader who can guide cross-functional teams in the creation of products that improve customer experience and grow market share.What your primary responsibilities will be:*

Drive the execution of all processes in the software development lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch * Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams * Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI* Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications * Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization * Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Luminys across primary market segments * Performs other related duties as necessary or assignedWhat you will need: * Bachelor's degree in software development, Computer Science or related field* 5+ years of experience in VMS/Vsaas product management and development * Familiar with market landscape, pricing/costing structure of Vsaas software * Strong experience in a dynamic product management role * Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle * Bilingual in English/Mandarin preferred * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proven success as a product developer in a nonmanagerial role * Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Physical Demands: * Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time if needed * May be required to stand for long periods of time * Constantly operates a computer and possibly other work related machinery * Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine including repetitive motions * Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication * Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication * Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances * May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and noise levelsWhy do you want to work for us?We are proud of what we do and who we are.
