UCT is looking for a talented Product Manager to join us!

Product Line Management Responsibilities:

• Develop service penetration strategies for key Products and Markets.

• Identify top growth opportunities as well as top risk items and work with sales, operations and engineering to create a plan to address them.

• Provide regular updates to team on status and timeline of top opportunities and risk items.

• Develop relationship with account team including sales, engineering and operations.

• Develop relationship with key customers in collaboration with Account Management.

• Understand customer high value problems.

• Customize ROI and value proposition of service products.

• Help define market requirements of new service products.

• Drive Technical Roadmap Meetings with customers.

• Point of contact for Account Management for service marketing in the region.

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Engineering or related degree.

• MBA preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience and at least 3 years of marketing experience in a technology environment.

• Experience developing and launching service products in the semiconductor capital equipment space.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Entrepreneurial with demonstrated success of top/bottom line growth and enhanced customer satisfaction levels.

• Strong execution and influence skills.

• Demonstrated project management skills and deadline oriented.

• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
