We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will work with cross functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the companys vision and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
  • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
  • Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
  • Obtains product market share by working with sales to develop product sales strategies.
  • Assesses product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results.
  • Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
  • Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing.
  • Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.
  • Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Maintains product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains product management staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

In this position you will manage the entire product development lifecycle and be responsible for ensuring the success of the solution in the market. You will coordinate with product managers across all of Intapp's product portfolio and act as an internal and external product and market expert and evangelist. In this role you will have significant engagement and interaction with Director and Senior Management level executives. Key Responsibilities * Drive the vision and strategy for the development and delivery of Intapp's GRC solution in the Accounting and Financial Services markets. * Act as subject matter expert and advise various internal, partner, and customer teams on the needs and requirements of the target markets. * Incorporate innovative technologies, such as AI, Machine Learning and Analytics, into the solution to differentiate it within the market and increase overall value. * Identify requirements and objectives of Intapp's GRC solution. * Lead requirement discovery sessions with clients and prospects. * Prioritize use cases, product messaging and themes for development. * Work with Product Marketing to articulate value proposition of Intapp's GRC offering, and to develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, coordinating across all departments * Collaborate with the sales and go-to-market teams to drive the field and customer engagement plans, including early adopter programs * Communicate, influence and work with Executives, both inside and outside of Intapp, to explain the strategy and make sure that the Intapp solutions meet their needs. * Work directly with the Product Management and Engineering leads to plan and execute the product roadmap. * Help set strategy for technology and implementation partnerships Qualifications: * BSEE/CS or equivalent plus 5-10 years related experience in product management. MBA or advanced degree preferred. * Experience managing and/or developing products directly relevant to the Accounting and Financial Services industries. * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to explain software to non-technical users. * Experience working on projects/programs implementing software and process solutions in a high-performance scrum development environment.
