Product Manager Temperature Control

We are hiring a Product Manager for our Temperature Control sector immediately - a role critical to customers' electricity, heating, and cooling needs. This position is a remote with 40% travel across the country.

What you'll do:

• Establish current and long-range objectives, and execution plans related to our Temperature Control (chillers, ac and Heat) business and its role in the Energy Transition

• Ensure effective pricing strategies are in place that reflect asset strength relative to the competition in each market.

• Market chillers and ac's product line through effective messaging and value propositions and targeted marketing plans

• Create accountability within the business to increase equipment readiness.

• Measure and communicate progress on strategy on regular basis.

• Support and promote training and education initiatives.

• Develops product applications and enables related training.

• Works with regional operations leaders to ensure operational readiness.

We're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 8 to 10 years related experience

• Experience in building product roadmap

• Understanding of product life cycle and product management process

• Experience in strategy and pricing

• Experience working with Sales teams and market conditions

• Background knowledge in project management of one or more product related fields preferred (HVAC, Electrical and Temperature, etc.)

• Sector knowledge in Manufacturing, Petrochemical, Construction and Oil & Gas
