What we are looking for:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to lead our Supplier Intelligence Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all Supplier-related data captured within the solution, brought in through 3rd party data providers and partners, or exported and compiled to external solutions. You will thus expand the existing Supplier Network and develop the revenue associated with it.

You will work closely with other Product Managers that are expert of specific supplier data (financial, payments, ESG, contract, sourcing, quality and risk assessment) to bring consistency in all types of supplier information and define the most relevant way for our clients to consume and analyze the data, through the Source to Pay (S2P) process.

You will also scan the market for innovative partners that can enrich further supplier-related data for our clients and identify the Built / Buy / Partner strategy in this area.

Finally, you will be responsible for the Category Management and Category Intelligent solution, that allows our clients to define their strategy with intelligent market data.

Principal Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of our Supplier Intelligence product roadmap, aligning it with the company's strategic goals and market demands.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Development, and Sales, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.-Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partnerships that enhance our Supplier Intelligence offerings.-Drive the integration of ESG metrics, compliance frameworks, and risk assessment methodologies into our product suite, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.-Work closely with customers to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and iterate on solutions to continuously improve user experience and value delivery.-Develop and maintain product documentation to support internal teams and external users, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.-Serve as a subject matter expert on Supplier Intelligence, providing insights and thought leadership internally and externally.

Position Requirements

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• 15+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B SaaS products, preferably in the areas of Procurement and Supply Chain

• Talent to define strategic visions of Saas products and the future state of data structures.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, with strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed decisions, prioritize initiatives, and drive product improvements.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to different audiences, including high level executives
