We are seeking a world class Product Manager with a passion for mobile and an interest in Healthcare to drive one of the vital products that underpins our offering to the Healthcare industry, whilst leveraging the strength and flexibility of the Skedulo platform. Ultimately the successful candidate would be able to take the current Healthcare product and skillfully guide the product roadmap to our Customers continued success.

As a Product Manager, you will be a key part of our Extended Solutions Group, a team that works in close association with Skedulo Healthcare Leadership, Customer Experience and Product teams, responsible for the development of product strategy and the management of the associated roadmap focused on the delivery of a best of breed Healthcare product to Schedulers, Patients and deskless workers via our Web, iOS and Android mobile apps.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Healthcare Leadership, and the company at large to develop clear Product Strategy for the Healthcare offering
  • Build a product roadmap, and execute fearlessly against it
  • Work with your specialised engineering and design team to drive the product development process from concept through design, build, release, analysis, and iteration
  • Bring data driven insight into the product development process for Healthcare
  • Work with the Customer Insight and Product Strategy team to conduct research with users, customers, internal stakeholders, and the broader market
  • Motivate, inspire, drive, mentor, lead, support, encourage and support all members and partners in Healthcare with humility to ensure that you hit your goals and the key milestones underlying your product strategy
  • Be a strong communicator around the plans and status of the Healthcare offering to the company at large (and our customer base as required)
  • Support the Go To Market teams in the execution of their roles to deliver an outstanding result for the company and our customers
  • Always bring discipline and calm to the operating environment of the Healthcare offering
  • Be a thought leader within the company, in particular around the topic of engaging the deskless workforce
  • Coordinate product launches with the Product Marketing and Go To Market teams
  • Work closely with Customer Experience leadership to evolve the Extended Solutions Group

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have at least 3-5 years experience working with managing SaaS based B2B products
  • Strong design and user sensibilities - ability to empathise with our users and is motivated by improving our users experience, giving UX direction where needed
  • Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment, particularly with respect to operating within hyper-growth early stage scaling companies
  • Adept at managing internal and external stakeholders

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A demonstrable understanding of the challenges facing a mobile workforce and what we can do as a mobile workforce company to help address those challenges
  • Solid experience delivering a high quality product within the Healthcare industry understanding regulations and core principles
  • A love for solving enterprise style problems with a SaaS solution
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
  • Solid experience working in a squad based, agile development environment
  • Have a go get them take on the world attitude
  • Have experience working closely across engineering, design, customer experience, marketing, and sales
  • Love the idea of tackling, rolling up your sleeves and leading compelling new functionality in order to improve the customer/user experience
