What You'll Do

  • You will work closely with key stakeholders and other internal teams to identify key business needs - how the internally-facing order management tools and function should change to accommodate the evolving needs of the business

  • Develop a deep understanding of current user workflows

  • Proactively assess performance of the toolset towards operational goals

  • Drive the roadmap of improvements to user experience, agent efficiency and usability of existing tools

  • Benchmark current state KPIs to identify enhancement opportunities and utilize data to understand the scope, impact, and priority of projects

  • Drive the execution on those improvement efforts through close-knit partnerships with our end-users, stakeholders, and partners

  • Monitor performance of the team's initiatives and measure the impact of product enhancements

  • You will work cross functionally to prioritize competing interests and focus project plans and the team on the highest impact activities

What You'll Need

  • Preferred bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in an Agile environment

  • A demonstrated record of strong product management and driving results, ideally with internal end-user tools & systems

  • Strong UX/UI background - Ability to define and set a product vision/direction in terms of the user experience and overall usability

  • Strong quantitative reasoning and ability to proactively deep dive and dig into data and KPIs to assess internal user behavior and to identify key improvements to the tool sets

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and motivate and lead teams to move beyond existing practices

  • Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills

  • Creative thinking with customer focused mindset

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for customer focused innovation

  • Preferred experience working with complex data sets and structures: you can drive clarity from ambiguity while working comfortably in that space

As key member of the team, the Director of Product Management will be responsible for product strategy and execution of the Cloud Security product portfolio. The Opportunity We are currently looking for a Director Product Manager to join our Boston office and lead our Cloud Security products offering. As our Cloud Security Product Manager, you will be responsible for: * Cloud Security strategy based on market trends, competitive analysis, customer needs, and Tufin company strategy and business goals * Represent the Cloud Security products with customers, industry analysts, and as a thought leader in the market * Ownership product requirements and priorities driving the product life cycle * Collect, prioritize and internally communicate product requirements and features for current/future products * Collaborating with sales, professional services, business development, executive management, and operations on a daily basis * Work with marketing to develop key messaging, collateral, and demand generation programs About You The candidate will have strong SaaS and cloud background, strong technical skills, strong security background, leadership skills and passion to make an industry-wide impact. Specific requirements are: * 5+ years of experience in product management * Proven experience in Cloud technologies: public cloud services and platform infrastructure, development tools and architectural approaches (microservices, Kubernetes, DevOps & CI/CD) * Proven track record of delivering software products/services to market * Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English * Effective evangelist of product/technology to both internal and external audiences * Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system * Proven experience working with large enterprise customers * Willingness to travel (25%) * B.
