Product Manager

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive programs and plans to drive business performance for assigned products or product lines.

• Monitor and analyze the product portfolio, identifying opportunities for development, launches, re-launches, and other strategic initiatives.

• Coordinate external benchmarking activities and utilize market intelligence data to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.

• Create, adapt, and continuously optimize marketing plans and operational measures to ensure optimal product positioning in the market.

• Develop strong collaboration with internal Stakeholders to exchange insights on the latest trends, needs and customer expectations.

• Visit customers as needed to gather insights and contribute to product offerings, ensuring that our products meet and exceed customer needs.

Your Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or in a relevant engineering field.

• Initial experience in Product Management or a comparable field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.

• Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.

Preferred

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant engineering field.

• Proven experience in program management, product management, or related roles within automotive and/or automotive aftermarket industry.

• Experience with consumer goods or related industries.

• Previous experience in utilizing market intelligence data and conducting external benchmarking.

• Track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.

• Ability to travel as required to meet with customers and stakeholders.
