Robert Half has partnered with a company that is looking to add an energetic and dynamic Discovery Product Manager to their marketing team. The Discovery Product Manager knows how to define, validate and communicate a product vision. Should understand the power of empowered, balanced teams and believe in Outcomes over Output. This person should have strong product instincts, but more importantly have an appreciation for and understanding of lean startup, agile and user-centered design values, principles and practices. Should make the time to hone your own craft and contribute to the large product management community. Passionate about doing the right thing and doing what works. Enforce obligation to the team is to make fast, concrete decisions despite conflicting priorities.This particular role will be focused researching new potential outcomes in the market that supports the product vision and strategy and validating those potential outcomes working with customers, potential customers, Product Marketing, UX, and Internal Stakeholders including Sales, Services, Support and Engineering. This person will be an advocate for Product Discovery and Product Delivery working with the Delivery Product Manager to bring validated new outcomes into the Lab and pairing with the Delivery Product Manager to describe new outcomes as a set of Epics and User Stores for the Delivery team to execute.

Job Requirements

This position is a crucial role for our cloud native CPQ product (and is not for the on prem version of CPQ). The selected hire will work directly with vested stakeholders from services, support, sales, marketing, UX/UI designer, etc.

Requirements

  • Experience with complex manufacturing (medical equipment, aeronautics, etc.)

  • Strong familiarity with SaaS and Agile XP methodologies is a must--personal tech skills not required.

  • Local (works onsite)

  • 50% Travel (domestic international)

LendKey works with hundreds of credit unions and banks to conduct their consumer loan programs.</p> <p>The Product Manager’s primary responsibility is to continuously solve for product-market fit. At LendKey, that means developing new features and improving on existing ones as they relate to the <strong><i>LaaS platform</i></strong> (the product) that meet real customer needs – both of the financial institutions and the borrowers – and does so in a way that is better than the alternatives in the marketplace. The Product Manager will provide the product vision and be the voice of the customer.
