As a Product Manager for Rights Management team, you will lead cross-functional teams developing infrastructure, databases, user-facing tools and APIs to manage copyrighted content across Facebook Inc.

Your work will focus on expanding protection tools for video and audio content, as well as developing a brand new toolset to provide scaled detection for copyrighted images. This is a full-time position with the Rights Management team in our New York City office, but you will work side by side with the Menlo Park RM team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.

Work with a variety of internal stakeholders (BD, Legal, Product, PMM, etc.) to gather inbound product feedback from Creators, Publishers, Media companies, Music Labels and create product plan to serve direct needs.

Develop and manage end-to-end strategy and product plans. You will lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.

Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers, managing cross-functional teams working on content protection initiatives across Facebook Inc.

Help drive product decisions and strategies to align with higher company initiatives.

Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with communicating across multiple teams.

Organizational experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Understanding of application of digital rights on social platforms across video, audio and images.

Ability to collaborate and work closely with legal teams.

Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams - this team will be co-located in MPK and NY.
5+ years experience in building software products as a product manager or product owner in the rights management space.

Lead Management Product Manager   Role Summary The Lead Management Product Manager is responsible for defining and implementing the MarTech product roadmap for lead capture, scoring, distribution and nurturing with associated measurement and analysis to optimize performance.  This role participates in defining the lead management framework, including the lead capture, scoring, assignment, distribution and nurturing framework and processes.  As such, this manager works cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders to understand consumer/agent, and field management needs as well as the competitive landscape, best in class technologies and practices.  They rely on data and analytics along with qualitative insights to provide the basis for optimization recommendations for workflow and productivity enhancements.  Importantly, they perform cost/beneft analyses to understand and contribute to optimized lead management program profitability through continuous improvements in the process, communications and follow through.   What great looks like in this role:   Seasoned and passionate about discovering, developing, and delivering leads using Sales Force, Adobe and other technology that facilitates the storage, data-augmentation, storage, assignment and nurturing of leads to support agent-driven sales.   Team-orientated problem solver who understands and differentiates between what users want vs. what they need to business goals (not afraid to influence and negotiate with stakeholders).   Demonstrate a hybrid of business and technical acumen and understanding of consumer-centricity to enable rules-based and digitally-driven experiences   Ability to quantify and articulate how marketing technology and associated business processes involving data and advanced analytics support connect experiences between the brand, consumer and agents to reach the right target markets, with the right messages, at the right time, through the right channels, coordinated across multiple touchpoints with postiive profitable return on investment   Ability to translate the bigger, strategic picture while also ensuring all details are accounted for to enable seamless, consumer and agent foucsed features and functionality.   Key Responsibilities * Interface with the Marketing Enablement team responsible for the systems that support corporate or agent sources leads by agents to drive sales * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reimagine and optimize the lead capture, scoring, assignment and distribution with a robust tracking and analysis ecosystem to enable continuous improvements * Work with the Performance Analytics team to create analyses and actionable insights related to lead management and scoring optimization. * Develop quantitative and qualitative needs assessments and business cases for optimizations * Partner with Marketing Enablement and other stakeholder groups to create and deliver a roadmap specifying the current and proposed lead management system and set of processes to optimize speed-to-market and conversion rates optimization roadmap. * Communicate strategic and tactical recommendations to all constituent groups, including senior leaders * Coordinate communications and training programs with all stakeholders when launching a new lead management system feature or the optimization of an existing feature * Understand all aspects of the lead funnel and associated proceses to ensure an optimal end-to-end consumer and agent experience * Develop feedback loops to gain consumer and agent insights to improve lead management processes   Skills & Competencies * Hands-on experience with sales and marketing technologies, such as Salesforce, Adobe, among others -
