Product Manager Retail Showering
Location: Kohler, WI

If so, the Product Manager Retail Showering within Global Faucets is a great opportunity!
In this role, you are a key member of an entrepreneurial team focused on all product marketing and business matters related to retail showering. Responsible for the development and implementation of product line short and long-term objectives and strategies necessary to achieve those objectives.
In support of group profit objectives, this position is responsible for developing marketing plans and programs including sales forecasts, customer programming, pricing and product line development plans while coordinating, prioritizing and working closely with all functional areas including Retail Channel Marketing, Communications, Sales, Product Engineering, Research and Development, Industrial Design, Materials Control, Legal, Advertising, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Accounting and Customer Service.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required; MBA or Master's Degree is preferred.
A minimum of 4 years of prior experience in marketing, channel management, and/or product development with progressively more responsibility and a track record of results.
A minimum of 1-year experience with P&L and/or budgeting required.
Strong communication skills a must.
Ability to multitask in face-paced environment.
