Job Summary:

The Product Manager, Nulojix Professional Marketing is a position with broad responsibilities for developing and executing tactics that will drive Nulojix promotional efforts targeting health care professionals. Nulojix is an innovative biologic medicine for adult kidney transplant recipients.

This position requires close partnership with the Nulojix sales and medical teams and other matrix partners to communicate the clinical differentiation of Nulojix and position the brand for strong growth in the future. This position reports to the Director of Strategy and Operations for Immunoscience who also serves as the Nulojix US and Worldwide brand lead.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Participate in development of brand strategic priorities and drive creation of tactical plans to achieve brand objectives

Use market research to effectively analyze customer insights, brand performance and market trends

Partner with external agency to refine current professional campaign and messaging to incorporate new data

Develop marketing content and tactics to drive the brand's key promotional messages across a variety of channels including delivery through sales team, speakers and digital

Lead marketing efforts at national transplant congresses including engagement with key thought leaders

Participate in planning and execution of high impact meetings with the sales team

Lead cross functional teams, manage external agencies, and work closely with the broader Immunoscience marketing, sales and matrix teams

Potential involvement in projects related to life-cycle management opportunities across Immunoscience

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
2-4 years pharmaceutical marketing or relevant biopharmaceutical experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to drive execution of key initiatives working with and leading multi-functional teams to accomplish specific goals

Willingness to take on additional responsibilities according to brand needs

The Sr. Product Manager of Professional Promotions will ensure the successful promotion to healthcare practitioners in the treatment of CML and cHL, and will partner with a range of key internal and external stakeholders. Who you will work with: The Sr. Product Manager reports to the Brand Lead - Leukemia and Lymphoma within the Hematology organization, within the US Oncology BU. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across a matrix organization inclusive of Sales & Sales Training, Value Access & Payment, Medical Strategy, Business Insights & Analytics, Legal and Promotion Integrity. Primary responsibilities: Evaluate and enhance current message platform Deliver results in-line with product/business plan and company goals Develop and deliver clear business and functional plans, making clear choices and trade off recommendations Work with the matrix team in providing strategy and guidance to create and execute non-personal promotion tactics to differentiate and strengthen the brand Work with Sales Learning, Operations and Sales Leadership to ensure excitement around Sprycel and Opdivo cHL and improve knowledge and competitive selling skills of sales force Provide active marketing direction, materials and support to the field force to ensure excellence in execution Effectively analyze customer insights, brand performance, market trends, & competitive response to inform strategic plan which addresses key challenges and capitalizes on prioritized business opportunities Manage assigned areas of promotional spend and coordination of investments across functions to drive brand performance Work with the cross-functional matrix team to identify business opportunities and issues and develop multi-channel action plans and contingencies accordingly Build and maintain excellent stakeholder networks and relationships internally and externally to drive the business forward Place customers at the center in addressing needs and finding business solutions Foster team effectiveness and accomplishment of shared goals by sharing knowledge, experience and insights Ensure business objectives and practices are fully compliant with relevant laws, regulations and BMS standards of business conduct and ethics Qualifications and Experience we look for in a candidate: MBA or other Advanced Degree Preferred. Proven track record of effectively and efficiently driving performance within a matrix organization with strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills. Ability to develop and manage strong customer relationships. Understanding/experience of the Oncology marketplace, Leukemia-specifically is helpful but not required. Willing to travel up to 25%.
