Product Manager, Performance Marketing Lead
This is your opportunity to lead a core function on the Growth Marketing team of Capital One's fast growing consumer shopping app. You will own the vision and roadmap for paid acquisition, Wikibuy's key growth lever. The Growth team is dedicated to driving user growth and engagement for Wikibuy by Capital One, a rapidly growing digital savings product used by millions of US shoppers.

What will you be doing?
Lead the optimization of Wikibuy's 8-figure paid acquisition budget on social, video, and display channels
Partner with Growth Engineering to develop ad-tech focused on automating and augmenting ROI maximization and creative testing
Own the analysis of campaign performance and customer behavior to optimize channel mix, audience segmentation, messaging, and creative types
Partner with Creative Managers to fuel data-driven creative testing
Manage ad network partners, agencies, and freelancers to increase testing velocity and performance
Lead the understanding of what best-in-class paid acquisition looks like including channel mix, technology stacks, and characteristics of high performing creatives

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Quantitative Marketing
At least 4 years of performance marketing or ad technology product experience through full time employment or entrepreneurship
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Video editing software
Experience managing 7-figure+ paid acquisition budgets
Experience using and/or building ad technology to optimize acquisition
