SUMMARY

The Product Manager Payment Acceptance owns the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key products in the strategic US market.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

\t

  • Build a business strategy and maintain a roadmap for a suite of products covering the next 12-18 months, with a 3-5 year vision in mind
    \t

  • Research consumer, industry, and client trends to champion a point of view on current business and industry best-practices
    \t

  • Own the ideation, development, and go-to-market strategy of products and features for a diverse set of customer segments with a focus on the bottom line
    \t

  • Work with designers and business analysts to define, deliver, and refine products
    \t

  • Gather feedback and metrics to validate assumptions, inform priorities, as well as to monitor and improve product utilization
    \t

  • Liaise with Sales and Marketing to build the pipeline and increase market share
    \t

  • Travel 10% of the time - to attend client meetings, conferences, sales-support, etc.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

\t

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, technology, business, or a related field
    \t

  • Well-versed in commonly used payment industry terms and concepts
    \t

  • 5+ years of work experience in the payments or related industry
    \t

  • 5+ years of work experience in product development, product marketing, or product strategy role
    \t

  • Familiarity operating in an Agile environment and managing by influence
    \t

  • Organized, detail-oriented, flexible, adaptable and self-starting attitude
    \t

  • Technical aptitude, experience working with modern web APIs and the ability to represent technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
    \t

  • Demonstrated commitment to personal growth, career development and a strong desire to learn
    \t

  • Proactive problem prevention, issue resolution, and leadership ability
    \t

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    \t

  • Ability to learn other software programs as needed
    \t

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
    \t

  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment to get things done
    \t

We are currently recruiting for a full-time entry-level Payment Research Representative! Location: Conshohocken, PA Starting Salary: $12 per hour Hours: Full-time dayshift hours Monday-Friday Responsibilities * Run reports weekly for all assigned clients and obtain the required information to resolve them in a timely manner. * Research in our systems to find the EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) for the held payments. * Call the insurance companies to obtain copies of EOBs for held payments. * Communicate via mail and email to insurance companies and other businesses in order to get information about held payments. * Download EOBs from multiple insurance and clearinghouse websites. * Create a document number for each EOB pulled online or received via email/fax. * Document all work done in our system and on daily and weekly spreadsheets. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications * High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). * At least one year of customer service experience, preferred. * Math skills (ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Healthcare billing insurance terminology knowledge preferred (i.e. ability to read EOB's , EOP's and remits). * Knowledge of PC Applications; specifically, Outlook, Word, and Excel * Must have a stable past work history. * Past experience working in an office setting preferred..
