Parker's mission is to increase the number of financially independent people. We aim to achieve this by creating tools that allow independent business owners to scale their operations profitably. Our first product combines a virtual credit card system with dynamic spending limits, coupled with software tools designed to help merchants grow and maximize their profitability.

We are growing rapidly-over the past two years, we've processed over $500M in spend on our platform. To support this demand, we're looking to expand our team quickly. Our investors include Solomon Hykes (founder of Docker), Paul Buchheit (founder of Gmail), Paul Graham (founder of Y Combinator), Robert Leshner (founder of compound.finance), among others. We've raised over $40M from top-tier fintech investors.

The Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to own Parker's Bill Pay product. As the Bill Pay Product Manager, you will own the P&L, priorities, and roadmap for Parker's fastest growing new product. You'll lead a team of frontend and backend engineers and designers to build the best accounts payable product available for ecommerce entrepreneurs.

This is a full-time remote or hybrid position based out of our headquarters office in New York, New York. This role will be compensated competitively with a salary range of $90,000-$140,000 and start-up equity, evaluated by relevant work experience.

What You'll Do

• Establish a compelling product direction by meeting with customers, assessing competitive products, and analyzing data

• Develop and manage a compelling and pragmatic product roadmap

• Scope product features with a high level of product sensibility

• Plan sprint cycles with clear priorities and assignments

• Write high quality tickets that engineers and designers can implement with clarity

• Communicate with leadership to manage expectations and ensure alignment

• Manage FinTech partnerships that the Bill Pay product depends on

What You'll Bring

• 2-4 years of experience working as a Product Manager at an early stage startup

• Experience in FinTech, ecommerce or accounting / back office operations

• An ability to work with the executive team to understand strategy and how it informs projects

• An orientation towards organization and data
