Requisition Summary
The TRP Product Manager is responsible for launching TRP programs into the market to achieve program goals. You will work closely with PACCAR Global Supplier Quality, Purchasing, Product Marketing, and Aftermarket Engineering teams throughout the entire launch process. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead projects related to continuous improvement of processes and product life-cycle solutions. This role will participate in several training events to increase knowledge and awareness of TRP Programs to internal and external customers. Responsibilities include identification of market requirements, managing supplier relationships, determining distribution and pricing strategies to help achieve established profit and sales objectives.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
Review and analyze competitive market data and competitor trends to identify viable TRP programs.
Analyze potential aftermarket programs by completing product definition, warranty analyses, and other program development documents.
Develop and manage existing aftermarket program opportunities, including product validation, packaging, labeling, and logistics.
Review Supplier Scorecards and develop improvement plans for underperforming suppliers.
Collaborate with other departments throughout PACCAR to achieve program objectives.
Track program launch progress and drive projects to completion.
Demonstrate a critical understanding of business processes and challenges to recommend and develop solutions to meet unique business needs and achieve objectives.
Lead projects related to product life-cycle solutions and management.
Skills/Competencies
Product knowledge and experience in aftermarket sales and distribution preferred.
Strong analysis, communication, and negotiating skills.
Proven ability to work in a team oriented, multi-functional business environment.
Up to 15% travel required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field required, Master's Degree preferred
Five or more years of related work experience
Strong analysis, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to work in a team oriented, multi-functional business environment
Strong knowledge of Excel, Access, AS400, Word, and PowerPoint
Six Sigma Belt Experience Preferred

Salary Range:
At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $96,700.00 - $136,290.00 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
