The Product Manager of Orders & Purchases will have an advanced understanding of eCommerce and the shoppers journey, and run with the mantra buy everywhere, fulfill anywhere. You will be the crucial part of our clients online business and work closely with the Fulfillment and Supply Chain teams to support order processing nationwide. You will deliver high value, high quality business capabilities from inventory promise, customer care, order management, fulfillment and invoice.

What youll be doing:
  • Manage key projects in the supply chain support area as it relates to continuous improvement efforts and implementation of new process and procedures
  • Responsible for the end-to-end order management and processing of products, services and solutions received via sales staff and direct customers
  • Assist in planning, testing, documentation, implementation, and post review for supply chain projects
  • Translating big-picture goals by driving product strategy and roadmap and deliver measurable business results, as well as an operational one, driving excellence of the internal and external customer experience
What you bring:
  • 5+ years of experience with technology, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Distribution, and or Logistics
  • Strong background in B2B or B2C eCommerce Fulfillment, Distribution Center operations, and handling of tens of thousands of SKUs
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Excellent verbal/written skills to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams

This position will be based in Austin, TX. He/she will be focused on ensuring GxP compliance with regulatory authorities, driving and implementing the Company’s health-agency compliance directives and supporting quality management systems to ensure compliance and minimize risk in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The incumbent will work closely with the CMC and clinical teams to ensure GxP compliance and inspection readiness<br /> at all times.<br /> <br /> Job Functions: <ul> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Operate as sub-sysadmin of MasterControl, company's 21 CFR Part 11 electronic quality management system. This includes training the team on MasterControl, serving as IT help desk support for team members, acting as a document control leader, and participating in the periodic review of the system and validation of software updates (as a member of the validation team).</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Manage the company’s GxP employee training program & document management.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the global quality system across locations with a focus on GxP compliance. This includes, but is not limited to, opening and tracking deviations, CAPAs, change requests, and complaints, and assisting team members with their deviations, CAPAs, etc., as applicable. For QA Specialist applicants, this includes editing/enhancing SOPs. For QA Manager applicants, this includes authoring as well as editing/enhancing SOPs.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Represent Quality on various CMC and clinical project teams and other working groups, functional areas, and with external partners.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Support inspection readiness/management activities and regulatory authority inspections. Record minutes and create and track action item plans as applicable. QA Manager applicants may be expected to lead project teams from a project management perspective.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Assist team members with their evaluation, qualification, and periodic monitoring of vendors, including completion of associated forms and timeline tracking of vendor qualification action items.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Assist in the management of QA’s audit program (internal, external, and third party audits) including finding and contracting auditors and their subsequent management, scheduling of audits, and their follow up.
