We're seeking a Product Manager to develop a long-term strategy, identify areas for improvement and lead teams internal to build a key business program.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop long-term product vision & strategies; Direct product development to ensure clarity and understanding.

• Be the subject matter expert; support stakeholder's understanding of the product & serve as escalation point.

• Inspire the teams to deliver exceptional results via data analysis, problem solving, passion, and persistence.

• Cultivate & Manage trusted relationships with stakeholders within and outside CARFAX.

• Identify and advocate for improvements; identify dependencies to navigate cross-functional product/technical team roadmaps.

• Define, monitor, and report measures of operational health; define and meet SLAs.

• Exhibit a spirit of curiosity; ask and encourage questions that ensure a shared understanding.

• Create and maintain documentation that clarifies complexity: process maps, business rules, decision logic, etc.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as a product or program manager; managing, designing and improving processes; b2b partner relationship building and/or OEM CoOp experience a plus

• Proven strategic leader with the confidence to bring new ideas and solutions to the team, ensuring the delivery of product value to every customer, improving the customer's (and Team CARFAX's) experience

• Strong creative thinking, investigative and analytical skills with a proven history of driving improvement across business functions, technologies, and culture

• An energetic, positive personality; Sense of ownership and ability to proactively identify steps required to meet the objectives

• Exceptional project management and communication skills; writing, verbal, and presentation skills to facilitate discussions to reach decisions

• Base level technical proficiency with desktop and cloud-based applications; ideally familiar with system design and architecture

• Excel and PowerPoint experience; preferred proficiency with Salesforce, Confluence, Jira, Slack, and virtual whiteboarding

• Technical aptitude to work with analytics & data
