  • Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the client's objectives and addresses unmet needs.

  • Ensure alignment with the project's high-level objectives, including rapid market release, superior user experience, multi-cloud deployment, and cost-efficiency.

Project Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring transparent communication and managing expectations effectively.

  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, engineering, design, and other consulting teams to foster a culture of collaboration and shared ownership.

  • Empower and support cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions by providing clear context, setting objectives, and removing obstacles.

  • Champion the use of low code/no code infrastructure to achieve a three-month release cadence within existing traceability models.

Customer-Centric Development:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's workflows, pain points, and requirements through direct interaction and user research.

  • Advocate for the client's end-users at every stage of the product development process, ensuring solutions are both valuable and usable.

  • Implement and utilize continuous feedback loops to iterate and improve products based on real user experiences.

  • Focus on creating an excellent user experience, and incorporate self-service onboarding, sign-up, and learning approaches.

Outcome-Focused Execution:

  • Set measurable goals and success criteria for product initiatives, focusing on delivering tangible business outcomes.

  • Build an executable roadmap with a well-defined backlog, ensuring a clear path from ideation to delivery.

  • Monitor key product metrics and use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and prioritize efforts.

  • Maintain a bias towards action, ensuring rapid iteration and learning to maximize impact.

  • Leverage best-of-breed approaches by outsourcing to open-source libraries with enterprise support and licensing off-the-shelf solutions when financially viable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

  • Proven track record of defining and launching successful cloud-based platforms.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Preferred Experience:
