Job Title: Product Manager

What You Will do

Duties: The position of Product Manager will serve as a technical design lead in NEOGOV's software applications product development team in terms of overall product design in an AGILE / SCRUM environment, user interface/user experience (UX/UI), businessstrategies, road mapping, and ensuring integration with Business and Technical teams across the organizations to build NEOGOV's SaaS-based (Software-as-a-Service) human resources management software. Employee is allowed to telecommute from any location in the U.S.

Who You Are

Required:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering Management, or similar degree, & 36 months experience in software product management.

• In lieu of primary requirements employer will accept Computer Science, Engineering Management, or similar degree; and 60 months experience in software product management.

• Special Requirements: Must have demonstrated proficient knowledge of UX/UI design and AGILE/Scrum methodology. Must have SCRUM Master certification. Employer will accept Special Requirements gained through employment experience and/or academic coursework.Employee is allowed to telecommute from any location in the U.S.

Salary Range:$128,750 - $128,750/Year
