The Product Manager, Hearing Assessment (HA) is responsible for two key focus areas in Product Management: First, to secure strong and steady performance of the existing portfolio within the HA segment. Second, to support the continuous expansion of the commercial footprint of the portfolio through the investigation and validation of new opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall, the position as Product Manager, Hearing Assessment is to contribute in the development and maintenance of the portfolio in the HA segment; in particular the Otosuite integrated Madsen products (AUD, IMM, OAE) and Chartr EP. The responsibilities are classified as follows:
Portfolio Management (25%)
Drive the Product Life Cycle of the HA product portfolio, including the managing of feature requests and complaint handling.
Reporting on business sustainability and growth.
Market Development (25%)
Support the continuous monitoring and assessment of market opportunities including partnership opportunities to secure strongest possible HA portfolio, including condensing of market input into strong features, aligned workflows and lowest possible onboarding efforts.
Make suggestions to product roadmaps as well as business development opportunities.
Contribute to the development of sales support materials with Marketing.
Market Monitoring (25%)
Project Coordination (25%)
Drive Product Management activities related to product updates outside R&D projects to secure highest commercial availability level of portfolio.
Contribute to cross department activities during product development projects.
Cooperate with the Commercial Marketing Managers for Hearing Assessment, Vestibular and Screening as well as other relevant stakeholders in order to support strategic objectives.
Acquire and maintain the highest possible level of product handling (product super user) combined with the ability to train others coming in at different levels of product knowledge.
Stay up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers.
Other duties may be assigned.
A moderate level of travel activity is required (up to 60-80 days a year, domestic and internationally).

Education and/or Experience
A (Bachelor's degree (B.A.) as a minimum.
5+ years clinical experience (fitting, diagnostic audiology, ENT office/hospital settings)
Knowledge and experience in ABR, OAE, Immittance, and audiometry
Experience working with third party data management systems a plus
Experience with product management an advantage
Experience with sales and support an advantage
