With over $100MM in funding raised to date, we're now looking for an exceptionally talented Product Manager Native Applications to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a company that is reshaping an industry.

We believe great products are built by multi-disciplined, diverse teams of passionate builders. Designers, engineers, analysts, marketers, and other teammates are all vital to making great products happen. As the Product Manager on Native Application team, you'll lead the team in testing, building and iterating on web features and products that increase app engagement.


  • Own and report on Native Application KPIs, including working with the Data team to correlate digital actions to retention and prove causation via a/b testing.

  • Own the team's roadmap, prioritized based on quantitative analysis, customer feedback, competitive research and projected value-to-effort.

  • Outline clear hypotheses, KPIs, test/rollout plans and user stories for each initiative; report on post-launch performance and next steps.

  • Collaborate with engineering, UX/product design and other team contributors to inform the roadmap and execute using agile and lean product development methodologies.

  • Work closely with the web team to ensure a cohesive user experience across web and app.

  • Communicate roadmap changes, progress and results to senior management and various stakeholders.

  • Keep the mission of making Freshly an amazing place to order food and empower customers and their lives at the forefront of everything you do.

About You:

  • 2 - 5 years experience building and iterating on digital products using agile and lean methodologies; e-commerce and/or food tech experience a strong plus.

  • Proven record of basing decisions on the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a rigorous thought process. You are the product advocate for the team throughout the company.

  • Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.

  • Ability to work and adapt to a fast-changing environment. Previous start-up experience preferred.

  • Ability to deliver projects quickly with a strong affinity for multitasking and personal organization.

  • Strong people skills: you work with the team and for the team.

  • A scrappy, startup attitude that enables you to achieve success with minimal resources. You are hands on, and you can grow as the team grows.
