Product Manager (Multiple Openings)


Responsible for driving product deliverables for RingCentral's developer program, and providing developer solutions by leveraging and enhancing RingCentral's Connect Platform.


  • Engage in the development of API program for cloud business communications by understanding developer needs, creating business requirements, balancing business needs versus technical constraints, and driving successful developers for customers and partners while working with internal and external stakeholders

  • Drive product solution & integration for external developers, and lay out/execute product plans

  • Develop the strategic vision, direction and execution for RingCentral's communications APIs;

  • Develop product vision and strategy, and set goals to meet business objectives; create well-defined functional product requirements, specifications, page flows, mockups and prototypes that specify designs for useful and valuable products and features

  • Ensure coordination of the development team to scope and plan projects

  • Drive the full product development cycle to ensure new features and enhancements are built for success and on schedule

  • Track progress against goals and objectives, using both quantitative feedback from reporting tools and qualitative feedback from users

  • Interface with Operations and Support staff for capacity planning, system monitoring and maintenance, and issue resolution

  • Engage with customers and partners to deliver roadmap updates, get product feedback, and identify additional market opportunities


  • U.S. Master of Science degree or foreign academic equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field of study plus two (2) years of relevant, progressive experience is required. U.S. Bachelor of Science degree or foreign academic equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field of study plus five (5) years of relevant, progressive experience is also acceptable. Within the foregoing parameters, any suitable combination of education, training & experience is acceptable

  • Experience with SaaS/Cloud functionality, REST & SOAP APIs, Enterprise middleware applications, PL/SQL, TOAD, Unix, and Shell Scripts

  • Documentary verification of education/experience required

Chatbot UX Product Manager: Will support the business to define, design and drive implementation of conversational experiences on our Chatbot service, owning the end to end experience of the implemented solutions. * Work closely with internal LOBs to document requirements and own the process of designing the UX/conversation experience, co-ordinate testing, deploying and maintaining the bot conversational experience * Partner with LOB SME's to understand and assess use cases - including the context, the topics, and the types of questions they expect users to ask the Chatbot service * Work with development to design and implement the "intents" that define the conversation interaction - along with the associated "utterances", "entities", business rules, and so forth * Act as a liaison between the internal LOBs and our Chatbot development teams ensuring that the Chatbot service delivers intelligent and intuitive conversations, resulting in a positive customer experience * Co-ordinate testing to make sure that new/updated bots don't impact the overall bot implementation and customer experience Do you have?... * 2 years experience in UX specifically in designing, developing and deploying and managing conversational chatbots * Computer Science degree * Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas * Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities * Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Knowledge and understanding of product management development * Knowledge and understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) disciplines such as Machine Learning or Natural Language Processing * Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) industry trends and business applications Oracle Belmont CA
