Position Summary:

The Product Manager works with the VP, Product and VP, Online Marketing to ensure that the digital gaming projects are completed as required. This person is accountable for maintaining relationships with the vendor of the digital gaming platform, third parties and retail sports betting partners to ensure that the President's vision for the digital gaming business is fulfilled.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:includes but not limited to:

Work with the VP, Product to manage and deliver on digital gaming projects, product operations and product analysis and reporting
Effectively communicate project expectations and requirements to team members, third parties, partners and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Manage third party supplier and platform and service partner relationships
Manage and develop on relationships across multiple departments within the company
Coordinate tasks with appropriate personnel, both internal and external
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project, scope and product management
Manage by results and enforce project standards
Ensure roadmap and project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Facilitate the planning of project scope and deliverables
Develop full scale project plans, business requests and functional requirements documents
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the projects and product to all stakeholders
Configure and maintain iGaming portals for optimal performance using available data to drive decision making
Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting on digital gaming product performance
Conduct regular competitor analysis and maintain market place awareness
Extract and produce ad-hoc business intelligence within digital gaming market
Maintain the integrity, performance and compliance of digital gaming products within regulated territories
Develop and maintain a relationship with all regulators in each state where digital gaming operates

Training Requirements:

Certifications as required by MGE
MGE Corporate and departmental policies and procedures
Appropriate regulations that pertain to MGE Information Systems
MGE budget planning and analysis process and procedures
Understanding of Time and Attendance and Database Management systems

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Office work environment
Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
Must be able to travel; six or more trips per year required
