About the role:

You'll work on a wide range of projects: from building predictive analytics, to building a better UI for advanced data analytics reports, to thinking about how native app support on the Apple watch should influence our roadmap. You'll also work alongside an elite team of engineers who build and maintain infrastructure responsible for hundreds of thousands of requests per second, processing tens of billions of data points each month to power an elegant user interface for thousands of customers.

We're looking for someone who:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience building internet technologies and products.

  • 5 years of experience working with software engineering teams with at least 3 years of hands-on product management or product design experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to gather user requirements from a number of sources and build a compelling product vision.

  • A strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional, projects.

We strongly believe that empowered people are the key to building a great company, and our development process focuses on iteratively improving our product as well as ourselves as individuals and as a team. We are looking to add a experienced, multi-faceted product manager who can: </p><ul> <li>Own the product lifecycle: requirement gathering, writing user stories, managing engineering priorities, testing and deploying new features</li> <li>Execute on the product roadmap to build and ship a great product on time </li> <li>Work with Chief Product Officer and business to help set a product vision and strategy</li> <li>Interface with users to gather feedback and promote the most relevant ideas into features </li> <li>Plan and prioritize what (and when) the development teams will deliver </li> <li>Define the specs of user stories/tasks in detail for implementation </li> <li>Manage the backlog and processes for the design, development and QA teams to deliver on the product roadmap</li> <li>Work with support, sales and marketing teams to successfully launch and deliver new features </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>3+ years of product management experience in an agile environment, overseeing ideas to business requirements to delivery and customer adoption </li> <li>Proficient at writing requirements/user stories, mocks/wireframes, testing and giving feedback, market research, competitive analysis, product planning and reporting</li> <li>Process-driven approach to increase velocity through the product lifecycle (plan, design, develop, test and deploy) </li> <li>Experience working with engineering and cross-functional teams to build and ship a great product</li> <li>Analytical, data-driven mindset towards measuring and optimizing the user experience (experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel/Google Analytics, Periscope/Tableau, etc.) </li> <li>Solid understanding of application architectures, databases, SQL, JSON, APIs, etc. </li> <li>Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, external partners/clients, and managing stakeholders </li> <li>Experience and excitement for working on small teams with startup DNA and a passion for innovation</li> <li>Tennis player/fan a plus</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>The Company is headquartered in Palo Alto, CA.
