About the role:

You'll work on a wide range of projects: from building predictive analytics, to building a better UI for advanced data analytics reports, to thinking about how native app support on the Apple watch should influence our roadmap. You'll also work alongside an elite team of engineers who build and maintain infrastructure responsible for hundreds of thousands of requests per second, processing tens of billions of data points each month to power an elegant user interface for thousands of customers.

We're looking for someone who:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience building internet technologies and products.

  • 5 years of experience working with software engineering teams with at least 3 years of hands-on product management or product design experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to gather user requirements from a number of sources and build a compelling product vision.

  • A strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional, projects.

About the role: The User Services team develops support solutions at scale in a rapidly changing global environment. We enable users around the world to enjoy social media by removing barriers to consumption and highlighting the best of their platform. Within User Services, the Systems and Tools team ensures that we have right toolings and solution in place to support users around the world, covering a broad scope of issues and user types in multiple languages. As a Senior Product Manager whose focus is on security and access control management of our internal systems and tools for Operations, you'll work closely with stakeholders within our Operations team and from cross-functional teams, such as, our partner engineering teams, Legal, Security, and Policy teams. Your role is to execute the product strategy, jointly develop roadmap for agent tools security and access control management, and drive the cross-functional efforts to solve security challenges that we face every day. We're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with solid security and access control related background and product management expertise, who excels at solving complex problems and has a passion for improving processes and systems. The ideal candidate has outstanding interpersonal skills and is great at navigating complex challenges and managing cross-functional stakeholders. Experience working with engineering and product teams to create and deliver technical solutions in both front end and back end. Knowledge or experience working on internal tools in support of an operations team. 5-7 years of product management experience Knowledge of common authentication and authorization technologies including LDAP, certificate-based authentication, role-based-authentication, multi-party-control-on-sensitive-action, API keys, RBAC, etc. Exceptional project and product management skills, with demonstrated experience delivering on a deadline and managing cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
