Job Title: Product Manager Loss Prevention

Reports To: Senior Product Manager Loss Prevention

Location: Twinsburg, OH


Lead new business initiatives and new product marketing initiatives through partnerships with retail customers, business partners, and coworkers to achieve siffron business goals and objectives for global sales opportunities.


  • Achieve revenue goals and develop partnerships with key stakeholders at siffron strategic customers like Lowes, Ulta, Target, TSC, WalMart etc.

  • Manage key new product projects and relationships within strategic customers and supply chain.

  • Create and execute sales and channel plans to acquire new customers.

  • Create and execute sales and channel plans to penetrate deeper into current customersworking across multiple departments, establishing relationships at the highest levels, and gaining customer adoption of new products and solutions.

  • Cooperate with NPD and engineering teams to identify and foster IP strategy and protection.


  • Identify OEM & Brand customers through their retail environments and products.

  • Provide customer feedback, market trends, competitor activity, and product insights to assist with development and prioritization of product roadmaps.

  • Drive coordination within sales and customer service teams to ensure high level of quality in servicing strategic customers.

  • Quickly gain knowledge of new products and product categories within existing customers and identify why siffron products are a better fit vs competition.

  • Persuade new customers regarding siffron strengths and acquire business away from competition.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


  • Meet and exceed company profitability objectives on new and existing products.

  • Ability to identifying revenue opportunities, acquiring new customers with outside sales, and developing major customers, ideally in Retail & Brand.

  • Compliance with Company Policies (i.e. Safety, Attendance, etc.)


  • Must have team leading experience


  • Full-Time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

  • Ability to travel 25%+ with no restrictions on international travel


  • BS in Business, Engineering, or Accounting with 5-7 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment is required
  • MBA or related Masters degree is preferred

SKILLS (Language, Mathematical, Reasoning, Other)

  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to read communication styles of customers, team members and suppliers who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.

  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including customers, management, and supporting departments.

  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.

  • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.


  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred


  • Office environment with exposure to manufacturing floor.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines

  • Moderate level lifting

  • Flexibility and high energy level

Success will be determined by this individual's ability to develop strategy, translate concepts, and implement change. Essential Responsibilities: In the role of Marketing Leader – Reuter Stokes, you will: * Lead & drive awareness, demand, and revenue for new and existing products & services, working closely with sales, commercial operations, product leadership and channel partners * Develop and execute global NPI (New Product Introduction) launches & on-going go-to-market plans for specific product lines including value proposition development, positioning, messaging, and commercial activation (partnering with the product management, sales, and communications functional teams) * Partner with product management and other functions to provide strategic direction for the growth of specific product lines within RS * Provide market intelligence, competitive intelligence, customer intelligence & data analytics, and value proposition development to support marketing, product management, & technology functions and key investment decisions * Partner with the RS Technology, Product Line Leaders & Commercial team to develop strategy planning, NPI (New Product Introduction) roadmap, and risk mitigation plan * Work with product management to guide the creation of new products, services, and commercial models for target markets, verticals, applications, and customers * Identify, understand, and validate customer value and prioritize customer CTQs through market research, analysis, and extensive voice of the customer * Develop value propositions based on customer needs / challenges and market opportunities, and understand entitlement per industry segment and application within the region * Provide market intelligence and crucial inputs to the product leadership for product development and platform strategies * Support 3-year Growth Playbook & annual operating plan for RS * Design and implement Global Marketing campaigns, collaborating with the Communications team and external vendors to localise content to engage a wide audience Qualifications/Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business from an accredited university or college (OR High School Diploma/ GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum of 7 years of industrial or commercial experience and in marketing, product management, or sales) * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or commercial * Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, product management, or sales Desired Characteristics: * Technically competent with expert knowledge in key markets Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Radiation Monitoring and Detection, Nuclear and general industrial knowledge strongly desired * Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Marketing or equivalent knowledge and experience * Knowledge of customer interface and negotiations * Strong selling / account management skills * Proven ability to achieve sales and customer satisfaction objectives * Business Development skills and an entrepreneurial spirit * Strong oral and written English communication skills (additional languages would be advantageous) Location: * Twinsburg, OH This is your opportunity to learn more, do more, live the career you have imagined and be part of a truly diverse organization.
