We are looking for people who are passionate about helping us ensure that customers may make great purchase decisions and that brand owners and sellers using Amazon are successful listing and selling their products. We are looking for an experienced product manager who is a self-starter, comfortable working through ambiguity, conceptualizing and leading complex initiatives from end to end and has an entrepreneurial spirit. From Day 1, Product Managers are given ownership of large products; the autonomy to think strategically and make data driven decisions; and the ability to drive significant impact to the customer experience and the business.

In addition to working with many stakeholders internally and externally, this role requires working through ambiguity, demonstrating good judgment under pressure and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to join the Listing Experience team, which owns the tools that Selling Partners use to create and manage their product listings on Amazon. Our vision is to ensure that customers have a great buying experience, while providing Selling Partners with a friction-free listing experience. As a Sr. Product Manager on the team, you will be a crucial leader for the business's success through defining and executing against a roadmap of features and functionality, continuously driving innovation and solving complex problems daily. This is a global role that will include interaction with teams in countries outside of the United States, requiring a strong ability to communicate effectively and understand the different needs of global customers. The tools you build to help Selling Partners will in turn drive revenue and growth for our business and theirs. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving product innovation and solving complex problems in a constantly evolving space. You should have extensive experience leading multiple key initiatives, from conception to launch in a rapidly evolving environment. You should also be a thought leader and be comfortable presenting to all levels of leadership.
