Job Title: Product Manager Multiple positions



Job Description:
The product Manager will work with the business organization to gather requirements that are built into the overall business and technical architecture within the organization. The use cases are centered around Billing within the MSO space, with experience in Billing as a nice to have for the role. The product manager will work with business and technical teams, as well as internal and geographically diverse parties to ensure the solutions and products meet the business need. The product manager will bridge technical, functional and business teams to ensure the product vision and capabilities are delivered to the marketplace. People management, communication and due diligence are critical to the product managers success. The successful candidate should be open to new challenges, with this and other Leading Path clients. The position is target for a full-time employee however, 1099 candidates will also be considered.

Requirements

Must Have Skills/Knowledge

  • Hands-on experience working with CSG, Amdocs or Icomms Billing Platforms
  • Present, communicate and own business requirements to technical teams
  • Communicate with executive level resources regarding roadmaps and business functionality
  • Present and communicate key product concepts to management teams
  • Create product requirements
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to maintain a consistent product vision
  • Understand, maintain and curate a product roadmap
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand customer needs and suggest changes to product direction that may be beneficial
  • Work with multiple teams to communicate product features, direction and vision
  • Business case development, justifying and communicating features and benefits of products
  • Demonstrated communication skills, including presentations preparation and delivery
  • Manages change through a change control process
  • Understands technical and business concepts in relationship to product roadmaps

Nice to Have Skills/Knowledge

  • Manages risks and issues across multiple workstreams
  • Knowledge of Comcast systems and or business processes
  • Program Manager Certification
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles
  • Big 4 consulting experience is a plus

We concentrate on bringing user-captivating voice interactive experiences to our Xfinity customers and our partners. Our team is comprised of developers, engineers, and product people focused on delivering the right features to our customers. This role will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle of the voice assistant platform for our partners, including standing up critical integrations, managing them, building new machine learning modules to support and driving innovation for them. The scope of these integrations will include improving the natural language understanding quality, using machine learning approaches and scaling our platform to support new additional languages. Responsibilities: * Directs, establishes, maintains, and plans the product roadmap and business strategy for the voice platform and partner integrations * Understands and partners with engineering on product architecture, underlying technology support and integration with third party cloud solutions. * Manages and prioritizes product backlog across all stakeholder groups. Partners with engineering leadership and manages third party resources to execute feature development. * Applies expertise in state-of-the-art product technologies and is relied on by top management to serve as a proxy for the market. * Develops business cases and supporting documentation. * Contribute to the overall strategy of platform enhancements. * Demonstrates excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successful delivery of projects on time, in line with budget expectations and to strategy. * Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Technical Skills: * Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies and processes * Analytical skills * Some knowledge and/or working experience with scripting and programming languages is a plus.
