You will be joining Life360 at a key moment in our history. We doubled active users and tripled revenue in 2017, and we are scaling our team to accommodate this rapid growth. We currently have 75 full-time employees, with offices in San Francisco, Las Vegas, and San Diego.

About the Job:

With location defining our core value proposition (Mapping, Location, Driving, Places) - we are building an overall family membership service that leverages technology to help families stay connected and coordinated in their everyday life. We are looking for an exceptional product manager that has deep user empathy and a keen sense for amazing design. As the leader of the core experiences team, you will be responsible for integrating our location features with complimentary services to create delight experiences for families. The ideal candidate will obsess over the details of high quality design while delivering on business goals that will propel Life360 through various stages of revenue and user growth. This role reports to the VP of Product Management at Life360.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end core app experience to ensure consistency and quality of UX, navigation, and information architecture

  • Premium & revenue management

  • Full funnel analysis and optimization to improve promotion, trial, conversion, and retention rates to drive overall subscriber targets and revenue
  • Safety
  • Formulate a cohesive product strategy and roadmap to create experiences that help families become more safe
  • Manage product marketing, user education, and communication touch points throughout the lifecycle of our users

  • Increase activation and retention across New User Experience, Onboarding, Messaging, Settings, Login, and other core app touchpoints

  • Integrate with next generation devices and platforms (Alexa, CarPlay, WatchOS, etc.)

  • Directly hire, manage and develop a team of product managers

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of consumer internet or mobile product management experience

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering high quality products and familiarity managing products with a premium/subscription based revenue model

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven prioritization and decision making

  • Experience with the latest mobile design paradigms (iOS and Android)

  • Excellent oral and communication skills

  • Technical background in Computer Science, Math, or related disciplines. MBA preferred.

The consumer lending channel sales manager will be a key leader in this transformation by understanding and optimizing a best-in-class channel strategy for lending products. This manager will own unit production targets for Omnichannel sales, delivering significant revenue and growth for U.S. Bank. This sales-focused, analytical and energetic individual will define the strategic roadmap and develop a list of initiatives to meet goals, create business cases to prioritize opportunities, and ensure project results deliver on sales targets. S/he will be the key liaison for the lending business into the Omnichannel organization, aligning goals, priorities, technology needs, and will present plan variances on an ongoing basis. This individual will need to have a deep understanding of Key (lending-specific) Performance Indicators through the acquisition funnels and across channels, to maximize the customer experience and conversion rates. This is an extremely dynamic role responsible for helping to establish and articulate a vision with the lending leadership team and Omnichannel leadership team. Essential Functions * Sales Planning and Forecasting – Develop comprehensive channel specific sales plans taking into consideration all marketing and project activities to lift origination and adoption of secure capabilities. * Measurement and Reporting - Develop Sales and Engagement KPIs for lending that illustrate the health of our Omnichannel lending business. Monitor the state of KPIs daily and pursue issues aggressively. * Sales Funnel Analysis – Review daily/weekly/monthly insights to identify issues and track the health of the sales funnels for digital, call center and branch sales and referral processes. * Relationship Management - Create and maintain relationships with key business product and sales areas to understand goals, gaps and opportunities for growth. Advocate for those constituent relationships in bank wide forums. Create strong bi-directional communication paths to ensure alignment between Omnichannel and business line strategies/roadmaps. * Own Project Roadmap - Maintain a roadmap of strategic and tactical projects. Drive prioritization discussions to surface longer-term as well as near-term opportunistic efforts to evolve customer experience. * Business Case Development - Build project vision documents that outline opportunities and detail the soft and hard benefits of deploying solutions against the opportunity. * Digital Marketing – Partner with Digital and Traditional Marketing groups to create multi-tactic optimization campaigns in support of strategic product and segment focused initiatives. * Digital Technology Leadership - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the technologies that serve our customers across channels.
