Job Description

Our Credit Product Management team focuses on enhancing both the client and banker experience and evolving our product set to support our clients growth and continued success. Our vision, as a world-class product management team, is to design and evolve innovative solutions that clients love, are differentiated in market and are robust and scalable. Our Product Managers will support and drive the delivery of our credit product roadmap. We partner with relationship management, risk, credit, operations, legal, compliance, and other key partners across the bank to understand our client needs and deliver products and experiences to meet those needs.

We are seeking a Product Manager to support the expansion of our credit offering to the Corporate segment and to lead a number of complex credit product initiatives. You will be joining a fast moving team and will have the opportunity to creatively solution for business needs whilst also going deep into the technical workings of our platforms and channels. You will be responsible for supporting product discovery, planning, delivery and marketing throughout the product lifecycle. This position will partner closely with the Credit organization and the Corporate and Investment banking teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Managing Director in strategy development and roadmap planning

  • Leads product initiatives, driving coordination across the value chain

  • Develops robust business cases

  • Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders and deeply understands their needs and those of our clients

  • Maintains a backlog of opportunities for product improvement and new product development

  • Together with a senior product leader, liaises with partners to effectively prioritize the product roadmap

  • Drives new product development using lean agile principles

  • Support Go-to-Market plans and business readiness activities (e.g., communications, training, policy and procedure updates)

  • Manages products performance including monitoring trends and making recommendations to optimize returns

  • Maintains a well managed product and meets risks and compliance requirements

  • Effectively communicates across all mediums, the product vision and strategy, business or customer needs, financial performance, and delivery and roadmap updates

Requirements:

  • BS/BA Degree

  • 5+ years' experience in banking or fintech, with a strong focus on credit experience or financial services consulting.

  • Experience in Leveraged Finance, Project Finance, Structured lending highly desirable

  • Highly driven and ability to work with autonomy and to navigate ambiguity

  • Demonstrated interest in product development, technology, and industry trends - Scrum or Product Management certification(s) preferred

  • Passion for driving toward an exceptional client experience (internal and external)

  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to take a data driven approach to identifying and prioritizing needs

  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Creative, strategic thinker with deep intellectual curiosity - ability to execute with an entrepreneurial spirit

The senior product manager will partner closely with the CipherBio Product team to understand client and non-client needs in order to set the vision and strategic roadmap for CipherBio platforms. They will help plan and prioritize the CipherBio PRO roadmap.
