Product Manager, Textbooks and eTextbooks

We're looking for a mission-driven and highly motivated Product Manager to delve into and refine the student journey for one of Chegg's flagship products. The PM for the Textbooks and eTextbooks will inspire and lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers reimagine how textbooks and course materials are delivered to and utilized by college students today.
In this role, you will:
Empathize: Deeply understand core needs and pain points of students through competitive, market, and user research
Ideate: Translate business objectives and product gaps into features and detailed specs
Analyze: Define key metrics and utilize data to drive decision-making and feature prioritization
Execute: Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional product experiences to students
Lead: Align internal stakeholders on a shared vision and drive efficient processes
3+ years of experience as a product manager for a consumer-facing product; experience in education is a big plus
