You’ll be joining us at an exciting time - we’ve recently launched our physician marketplace product in the USA to great success, have raised over $60m in VC funding and are on track to grow over 300% in 2024.

WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager II to join our team. Reporting to the Lead PM, B2B, you will drive the strategy, development, and growth of our Referring Physician, Attorney, and Internal Operations products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business success.

As a scaleup business, you can expect your role to develop over time. However, the following represents your key responsibilities:

  1. User research (30%): Analyze customer feedback, shadow processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify product opportunities and prioritize feature enhancements.
  2. Product Development (30%): Work closely with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories and specifications. Drive the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and releases. Create clear documentation and training videos as needed to roll out features to internal stakeholders.
  3. Product Strategy (20%): Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with company goals and market trends. Define clear objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure the success of product initiatives.
  4. Stakeholder Management (20%): Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners. Communicate product updates, roadmap plans, and strategic priorities effectively to ensure alignment and support.

THE TOP 5 THINGS WE WANT YOU TO ACHIEVE IN YOUR FIRST YEAR ARE:

  • Design and ship core platform features that serve all of our B2B products, such as patient-led scheduling, appointment modification, reminders, and imaging order ingestion.
  • Enable a culture of gathering continuous insights. You’ll help the product team establish a culture of continuously gathering qualitative and quantitative data to inform feature development.
  • Establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams to collaborate on seamless execution and product delivery from ideation to launch and sustainment.
  • Support and demonstrate growth in our user base and retention through improvements in user experience and data-driven optimizations.
  • Become an expert in the problem space by both understanding the product inside out and also developing deep domain expertise

WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management roles with a focus in B2B software products, preferably in marketplace and/or health tech, or telehealth products.
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies, agile development practices, UX/UI design principles, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for customer meetings, industry conferences, and team collaboration sessions.

HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU:

We try to keep our interview process short so that we can move through the stages quickly as a small business. Due to availability, there may be a change to the order of the interview process, but generally speaking, this is what you can expect:

  1. Introductory call/interview with Sam, our Talent Partner. The call is usually via telephone and will last around 30 minutes.
  2. Should it feel like there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a 45-minute video call with Humale, the VP of Product. This more structured interview will deep-dive into the role and technical needs.
  3. All of our roles will have a small assessment stage. This might be in person, a take-home assessment or further video calls. Length varies, however, we are mindful that you will have your own work to do and, therefore, try to keep it as simple as possible.
  4. Meet the founders, hiring manager, and/or other team members. Again, the meeting length varies depending on the number of people and whether it is in person or via video call.
