We are the Azure Customer Experience (CXP) team, and we are looking for a Product Manager II to join our team to help drive the next generation of our customer care, trust, reliability, engagement, and observability experiences.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree AND 2 years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree AND 4 years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development o OR equivalent experience. Experience using data to drive prioritization and measure progress. Experience with Data Visualization, Observability, and Cloud Fundamentals.

Experience with GitHub/Gitlab or Azure DevOps. Experience with data analytics and related technologies, including Kusto (Azure Data Explorer), SQL, ETL technologies, machine learning (ML), and PowerBI. Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year.

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year. Microsoft will accept applications and processes offers for these roles on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities As Product Manager II on our team, you will have a direct and clear impact on our products and customers.

In this role, you will work closely with talented engineering and Data Science teams, collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across Azure, and have the opportunity to design, deliver, and iterate on new tools, applications, and Azure features. Our work has high visibility with the Azure leadership team and ample opportunities to share our successes and receive support and guidance from them. The scope of responsibilities includes : Creating product/feature specifications with visual and written designs.

Partnering with our engineering teams in all phases of development as a subject matter expert on feature design and user experience that focuses on privacy compliance and excellence. Providing hands-on program management during various phases of our projects including day-to-day contributions as part of agile development practices. Measuring the success of the product through relevant metrics and KPIs.

Developing product roadmaps and strategy. Listening to customers (internal and external) to understand their scenarios and challenges. Engaging with partner teams across Azure and Microsoft to drive alignment on dependencies. Other Embody our Culture & Values
