You'll Get To:
Engage with target customers and field teams to develop a keen understanding of customer goals and challenges
Identify market opportunities and define a product strategy/road-map that is aligned with Lytx company objectives & product vision
Deliver new products and product improvements on road-map
Serve as product owner on product development scrum teams(s)
Define what product success means & measure results
Collaborate with engineering to define, design and adapt features balancing the business / customer needs with technical / operational constraints & plan release dates
Drive launch readiness w/ cross functional team leads including engineering, marketing, support, sales, finance and legal
Work closely with UX to develop, test, and deliver design assets
Clearly communicate product release plans, benefits and results, to internal partners
Collaborate with Product Marketing to produce sales education materials/ product messaging & Support to produce technical training materials
Be the go-to authority for your product responsibilities
You'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Economics or related subject area
3+ years of product management experience with a focus on software products and technologies
Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM development environment, familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana
Success developing products from conceptualization to launch.
Strong ability to analyze, interpret and present data
Excellent verbal and written communication and experience interacting with, present to and distill feedback from technical and non-technical teams
You are collaborative, and work with all teams in the company.
Proven track record managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Able to travel up to 25%.
Preferred qualifications:
Proven understanding of SaaS business model
Experience addressing executive leadership and enterprise customer leadership
Experience with mobile user interfaces a strong plus.
Incorporated data/insights into the user experience.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$100,500.00 - $127,500.00
