Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 4 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role.

• 2 years of experience building and shipping technical products.

• Experience developing or launching products or technologies within Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.

• 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).

• 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.

• 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.

• 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.

• 1 year of experience in technical leadership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Define product roadmaps by operationalizing strategy.

• Synthesize customer needs and write product requirements for improving our foundational models.

• Scale our Large Language Model (LLM) data collection and fine-tuning program.

• Work with partner teams (e.g., Engineers, Program Manager, UX) during product design and development to implement the requirements to turn Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) into Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for one or more teams.

• Drive strategy for enterprise AI model quality.
