Role:

As a Product Manager I, you will serve as the product owner to support critical business processes and drive tangible value to the organization. The Product Manager will be a member of the Digital Products transformation office and possess experience in product centric large-scale business transformation programs in Supply Chain that will change the way our employees think about organizing and executing work.

Responsibilities

  • Possess Supply Chain product and capability knowledge and understand industry trends.

  • Engage with cross-functional teams, leveraging your business and technical knowledge, to collaborate with business and engineering teams to groom the product backlog and manage and maintain epics, features, and stories.

  • Work closely with business partners to understand their operations, concerns, and constraints. Measure product metrics and provide customer-friendly product experiences.

  • Knowledge of data domains, elements and upstream or downstream impacts to products and its data usage.

  • Partner with users and key stakeholders to conduct product discovery, support delivery and explore possibilities for optimization.

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand our most pressing business objectives and prioritize Intake request.

  • Foster leadership skills by inspiring and motivating teams to work towards a common goal.

  • Develop Epics, Features, and User Stories, acceptance criteria and effectively work with the engineering teams to prioritize and manage the backlog.

  • Develop and implement product plans and manage communication and engagement with key stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Effectively engage with technical teams to deliver features with minimal ambiguity and clear use cases/acceptance criteria; include/exclude the right set of user stories to deliver the most impact.

  • May provide guidance or direction on project work to teammates.

  • Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, best practices, and procedures of field of specialization to the completion of complex assignments.

Education/Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent work experience required.

  • Agile certifications preferred.

Experience/Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years experience working in Information Technology, Digital Technology in Supply Chain roles with experience in ERP Oracle-Fusion and JDE.

  • 2+ years' product management and/or product owner experience

  • 2+ years' experience in product management/development delivering software by identifying business opportunities, building, and grooming epics and stories, and collaborating with engineers on executing a product roadmap.

  • Familiarity with Agile software development lifecycle practice

  • Excellent teamwork skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Working Conditions: This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site/in-person collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter and may require up to 20% travel.

For New York, Colorado, California and Washington residents the hiring range offered for this position is $100,000- $130,000 annually. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 15% of annual salary and annual restricted stock. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
