2U Technology seeks a Product Manager with strong leadership, management and communication skills to join our team. You will work with a team of product designers, business analysts, data scientists and researchers to deliver novel products and product enhancements that will impact and enhance 2U's academic product.
2U Product Managers serve as business experts who leverage their understanding of the market, business priorities and business processes to contribute scalable product into 2U's academic product portfolio.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Implement and/or direct market, competitive product and user research - including evaluation of 3rd party providers and tools.

  • Consolidate input from business stakeholders and work with engineering and design teams to drive outcomes.

  • Build and maintain prioritized product roadmap.

  • Create, advocate and communicate vision for specified products across teams and the organization.

  • Guide products through the full software development lifecycle in a deadline driven Agile environment - including product launch and training activities.

  • Develop, track and report product KPIs.

Things that should be in your background:

  • 2-3 year of experience as Project Manager, Business Analyst or QA Analyst OR 1+ years of experience as a Product Manager

  • Demonstrated interest in product management field, knowledge of the basic concepts and current trends

  • Excellent communication skills

  • User research and analysis skills and experience

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment with a start-up culture

  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 25%

In this role, you will craft, own, and execute our go-to-market strategy for analytics products, working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales & Success, and every team in between.
