Purpose of Role: The Product Manager will be responsible for driving sales support through direct channels to market and covering the HPGR and tower mill product portfolio while also understanding the full comminution/grinding flowsheet. They should possess a high technical aptitude in mineral processing with an emphasis on HPGR & Tower Mills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Drive North American new business opportunities with a focus on High Pressure Grinding Roll (HPGR) and tower mill opportunities by working jointly with the regional application engineers and comminution product managers to support our regional sales channel partners in growing our full circuit solutions

• Relationship Building: Create and maintain relationships with regional end users, engineering firms, and internal Weir parties to ensure access to market and full package offering potential

• Product Support: Act as regional expert and support for all related opportunities, while responding quickly to all inquiries with a solutions based mentality. Liaise with customers in providing technical assistance and trouble-shooting support for product installations, working closely with field service application engineering and regional Weir site personnel

• Understand Client Challenges: Find, develop, and support brownfield projects by focusing on client drivers and site challenges and work with product specialists in preparing and presenting major bid proposals to key accounts for multi-million dollar projects

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Mineral Processing)

• 8+ years of experience with technical sales, product management, and/or sales channel development

• Experience dealing with mining and EPC's along with product specific expertise in HPGR and ideally tower mills
