Product Manager, eCommerce:
Walmart InHome is looking for an entrepreneurial, hard-working product manager to join our amazing team. You will be responsible for managing a complete product lifecycle of our website and sign up flow. We're looking for someone who is highly independent, resourceful, customer-obsessed, and with a strong technical background. You will collaborate closely with leadership, engineering, and marketing in this role. You should have experience balancing a desire for excellence with moving fast.
What You'll Do
Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
Build the product roadmap and vision for the InHome website, that optimizes for customer growth, conversion and retention
Define product requirements based on an intimate knowledge of the customers and product experience
Establish the product's goals and corresponding metrics to identify opportunities and deliver success
Equip our marketing team with tools to effectively target customers and run campaigns that are trackable and performance based
Set up CRM tools for our marketing team to retarget and re-engage our customer base
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Legal to ensure a best-in-class website experience
5+ years of experience in product management or product marketing
Leadership experience preferred
You understand the broader digital marketing ecosystem how data and revenue flow through the industry
Experience using Google Analytics, Heap, Mixpanel, or other analytics tools to measure website performance
Ability to manage projects with minimal guidance
Passion for building things from scratch, and happy to jump outside your job purview to help others when needed
Strong technical background and passion for technology
Strong communication skills, written and oral, at an individual and team level
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and grow with us
BA/BS in technical field preferred; BA/BS required
