As Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and allocating features to products under development; of managing functional dependencies between products; and of marketing those products to their potential customers. We need an effective approach to product management because we want to build the right product(s), monitor the work of development teams, ongoing experiments, and even existing solutions running in production to determine their effectiveness. You will work closely with the project manager, engineering, developers, agile team, QA and others.


  • Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout the entire project life-cycle to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

  • Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product life-cycle

  • Defines the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Evolve business roadmap. Rolling wave planning, annual planning, ad-hoc planning.

The goal is to develop roadmaps for individual products, product lines, and for the business itself. Prioritize decisions and provide input into the planning activities of other efforts.

  • Ensure that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and features

  • Focused on the long-term vision for the product, on observing trends in the marketplace, on identifying new potential outcomes or themes to be supported by the product, and on ensuring the product meets the needs of the value stream(s) the product is involved with.

  • Evolve business vision. You will work closely with stakeholders, and in the case of new products/solutions potential stakeholders, to understand their needs.

  • Explore potential products. Identify potential products that will provide significant value to our organization. Evaluate alternatives, develop business case.

  • Prioritize potential products. The implication is that only the highest priority products will be developed, and therefore need to be prioritized appropriately.

  • Allocate features. Features will need to be allocated to delivery teams so that may be implemented, these features will need to be prioritized so that the teams know the order in which to implement the functionality. Balance competing priorities, manage dependencies and allocate to the delivery team.

  • Manage functional dependencies. Manage these dependencies so as to optimize when functionality is implemented and released into production.

  • Govern products. Monitor how successful the products are, as well as how well the products are being evolved. Product governance is one aspect of your overall governance efforts.


  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and SaaS

  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager

  • Experience working remotely and with product teams around the world

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

  • Extensive leadership experience and strong consensus-building abilities

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others

  • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams

  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

  • Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills


  • Project / product management certification from accredited institution

  • Experience in B2C / B2B platform development

  • Agile/Scrum

  • Coursework in business, information technology or a technical field

  • Previous work experience in sales, research, operations, customer service, information technology, administration or other related jobs

  • Degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field-Software development or product tech experience

We're looking to add an Analytics Lead, Product to the Data Science team to help turn in-app shopper behavior into valuable insights and influence our product development and strategy. We have rich, complex datasets collected in a multi-sided marketplace and our team performs a wide variety of analytical tasks of those datasets, ranging from designing and evaluating A/B tests, conducting ad-hoc research, creating dashboards, crafting complex database queries and ETL pipelines, and developing sophisticated predictive models. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, intellectually curious, and a clear communicator. Your Responsibilities * Lead Product Analytics for experimentation, insights, and dashboarding * Mentor a team and provide them with technical guidance and code reviews * Develop a thorough understanding of user behavior using large clickstream event data and interpret them as they relate to shopper behavior and product development * Work closely with the Product and Engineering organizations during all points of a feature's life cycle: event instrumentation, performance analysis, and A/B testing * Explore data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations through funnel analyses, long-term trends, user segmentation, models, and related techniques * Design dashboards and data visualizations to communicate meaningful metrics to different audiences within the business * Find opportunities for improvement across the business and assist in decision-making across teams Requirements * 7+ years of experience with data analysis and turning data into insights and recommendations * Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience interfacing with high level stakeholders. * Strong SQL skills are required (we use Snowflake, Postgres and Redshift) * Experience with a statistical scripting language is required (e.g., R or Python) * Experience with a Business Intelligence tool is required (e.g., Tableau) * Experience with experimentation and hypothesis testing in a business setting * Experience with event instrumentation is a plus * Experience with mobile app metrics (CTR, sessions, re-engagement) is a plus * A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or commensurate experience.
