Product Manager, Digital Asset Management

What you'll do:

  • Define and lead the execution of Digital Asset Management strategy and roadmap to support the objectives of business segments

  • Provide authoritative, inspired, and well-informed DAM subject matter expertise, and serve as a thought leader for incorporating DAM functionality into business initiatives

  • Integrate Digital Asset Management into the enterprise content management ecosystem for seamless use for both internal and external marketing channels used across the organization

  • Promote proper use and interdepartmental collaboration for maintaining, governing, and managing access to an extensive repository of marketing assets

  • Manage and prioritize the DAM product backlog to maximize business value, speed, and quality while making the best use of development team resources

  • Serve as the first level of acceptance of products and features designed and developed by the team

  • Work across lines of business with cross-functional teams who publish customer-facing content on our digital platforms to create (and advocate) an enterprise-wide content curation and reuse strategy.

  • Develop relationships with internal customers and position yourself as a valued, strategic consultant, thought leader, and partner within the domain of content organization and scalable content management.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of an enterprise wide content marketing strategy that leverages multiple systems (CMS, WCM, DAM, etc) to form a world-class, integrated content marketing platform.

  • Manage enterprise-wide content taxonomy and strategy for leveraging taxonomy to support intelligent content experiences across channels.

  • You are comfortable defining a new role and the possibilities that it entails

  • Comfort working in white space/ambiguity and finding the path through it

  • Ability to pivot while staying focused on making progress towards a larger vision

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or MIS or military experience

  • At least 3 years of experience with enterprise content management systems

  • At least 3 years of experience with data taxonomies

  • At least 1 year of experience with DAM, DMP, tag management and data collection systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in MIS or marketing

  • 1+ year of experience with Bloomreach, Nuxeo, Bynder

  • 1+ year of experience managing data used in real-time personalization

They own the vision, direction, and development of one of Navy Federal's digital products used by our members and employees. The Senior Digital Experience Owner will partner closely with the other members on the product team, including the Developers, Scrum Master, and UX representative on a daily basis while also partnering with stakeholders to ensure what is delivered fulfills strategic needs and most importantly drives a superior member experience.
