Position Summary
Product Manager - Senior Consultant
As a Product Manager in our Advertising, Marketing, and Commerce offering, you'll work side-by-side with innovative and strategic thought leaders to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving world of business.
Product Managers are responsible for holding true to the vision of the product as they represent the voice of the customer when it comes to making tough decisions between stakeholders. We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals with product management experience to help innovate and lead our clients' product initiatives. Candidates will have a unique blend of strategy, creative, and technology experience.
Work You'll Do
As a Product Manager, you'll work with teams of engineers, researchers, analysts and designers to build human-centric products (e.g. digital apps and websites). The capabilities may span from product planning and management to engaging various business groups and using analytical skills to help clients strategize and prioritize new customer-centric product ideas. Candidates should be as comfortable creating a C-Level product strategy presentation as they are diving into the technical weeds with their Engineering counterparts.

Our Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team focuses on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients' brand values for measurable business growth. We do this by creating content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire their customers to act. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients' marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities, many from our Digital Studios.
We serve our clients through the following types of work:
Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development to include the creation of omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, social, physical, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video
eCommerce strategy, implementation and operations
Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions
Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutions
Marketing analytics implementation and operations
Advertising campaign ideation, development and execution
Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution
Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong academic track record
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in digital product strategy, digital product management, or digital product development
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred
Masters or MBA degree in process (with expected graduation no later than May/June 2022) or completed in these or related areas of study:
Digital Strategy
Product Management
Technology Leadership
Ability to translate product strategy into a well-planned and prioritized product roadmap
Experience delivering cross-platform (e.g. Web, iOS, and Android) digital products
Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional, agile product development teams
Demonstrated ability to transform business needs into actionable product requirements (e.g. user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.)
Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
Experience working with User Experience (UX) teams to create web and app prototypes through the wireframes and visual designs
Detailed organizational skills and ability to operate autonomously
Understanding of product analytics and KPIs/OKRs, including A/B testing
Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) required

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700 to $229,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
