We are searching for the next standout product manager to help optimize Lennar.com to accelerate our growth. Qualifications ● Bachelor Degree required ● You have 2+ years of Product Management experience for a direct to consumer brand. ● Deep domain expertise in product management strategy, tools and methodologies ● Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and strong analytical capabilities; Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely, Fullstory, Hotjar, etc) ● Display strong project management skills to effectively prioritize standard tasks, test activations, team bandwidth and overall deliverables ● Strong communication skills and executive presence. Effective presenter and collaborator ● Ability to think strategically, prioritize, identify and resolve problems in a complex dynamic environment Our Interview Process: ● 30 minute preliminary screen ● 3-4 interviews with members of our team ● Case Study #LI-KB2 Responsibilities ● Develop and drive a highly visible roadmap and work closely with data science, design, UX and engineering to bring new features to light. ● Own key elements of the Lennar.com core experience, including community pages, the Digital Brochure and work with 3rd party platforms. ● Partner with our Digital Content team to display our content in a way that brings our community pages and digital brochures to life, showcasing the homes, amenities and the lifestyle that sets Lennar communities apart. ● Partner with our Paid Acquisition team to optimize the way Lennar's content is distributed, discovered and displayed on 3rd party platforms like Zillow, Realtor.com and New Home Source. ● Analyze behavioral data to better understand user needs on the website, suggest improvements and conduct A/B tests to increase conversion. ● Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share and drive growth ● Translate high level strategy into detailed technical requirements and high fidelity prototypes.
