Capital One is looking for product managers to help build great digital experiences for millions of customers using technologies like machine learning and artificial intelligence. Using these technologies, you will be involved in building product strategy to proactively anticipate customer needs and build experiences to deliver it directly to the customer.
These experiences will be available across multiple digital channels (e.g., app, chatbot, Alexa skill, website etc.) They will assist customers to stay ahead of their financial needs while providing them additional time to enjoy other aspects of their life.

Lead product initiatives and customer experience from ideation to roll out
Demonstrate a 'Test & Learn' mindset with focus on building MVP experience to learn about hypothesis.
Understand both the fundamental and AI/ML technologies to build experiences.
Implement technical solutions to achieve business objectives
Exhibit data-driven decision making
Excellent understanding of product management, project management, and related methodologies.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Understand design and know the difference between UX and UI
Your daily schedule will include:
Strategic thinking to develop product vision
Lead grooming activities within an Agile team, specifically defining and writing user stories, acceptance criteria and user interface designs.
Drive day-to-day prioritization of work operations, projects and scope; troubleshoot reported issues and escalate when appropriate
Work with a cross-functional team to translate customer needs and technology directions into new or enhanced features and services
Gather customer feedback to validate that the product works against stated metrics
Contribute to continuous improvement of product ownership and other agile processes
Operate in a rapidly changing environment with a sense of urgency
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in digital product management
BS in Computer Science and/or MBA
At least 7 years of experience in technology.
Experience in machine learning technology such as, NLP, text analytics, chatbots, search or other ML technologies
Excellent leadership skills and a solid track record in driving engagement while leading change
Experience with building experiences for Chatbot, Alexa, or Cortana skills is highly desirable
